XV750SE-XV700-XV750-XV920-TR1 Starterproblem modification

The Yamaha Virago`s XV700 - XV750 - XV750SE - XV920 and the TR1 that do not have a bendix or freewheel clutch. Can have starting problems where a rattling sound is heard when starting. This gets worse in time and after a while the engine will be almost impossible to start.
We have been successfully modifying the engines with the aforementioned problem for over 25 years.
